Sales and Delivery
Payment by credit card must be made with Paradise Fresh Produce at the time of placing the order through this website, unless prior arrangements has been made with us.  Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Paradise Fresh Produce is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will contact you for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer and for payment details.

Paradise Fresh Produce reserves the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 6766 8191. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order.

Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery of all Paradise Fresh Produce products. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, however, all times specified are estimates only.

Paradise Fresh Produce will deliver to your specified addresses between 9am and 5pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Paradise Fresh Produce if an order does not arrive.  We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Paradise Fresh Produce will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

When you provide your home delivery information, please leave detailed instructions so that Paradise Fresh Produce orders can be delivered safely, especially if you will not be home. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no safe place to leave orders when no-one is home, they will be returned to Paradise Fresh Produce and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery on the same day as the original delivery date may incur an additional fee. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.

Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Delivery Schedule
Tamworth Customers – Same day delivery for order placed before 9am otherwise next day delivery Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Dubbo Customers – Tuesday delivery for order placed prior to 3pm Monday.  Friday delivery for order placed after 3pm Monday and prior to 3pm Thurdady.

Narrabri and Gunnedah Customers – Orders need to be placed by Monday 2pm for Tuesday delivery (before midday) and Wednesday 2pm for Thursday delivery (before midday).  We cannot guarantee delivery on Tuesday or Thursday for orders not placed by these times.

Return / Refund Policy
At Paradise Fresh Produce, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us within 7 days of receipt of product for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. Please make sure to include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Important: Our customer service department will respond to your email and send you a confirmation message and instructions for your return shipment. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of request, or if you have any questions regarding a return, please call Paradise Fresh Produce at 6766 8191.

Terms and Conditions of Product Returns:

Items must not be damaged in any way
Refund is credited when all items are received by Paradise Fresh Produce
Refund is amount is less shipping and handling charges
Any returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for directions on returning the defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
